We have a deep wiring in our bodies for safety and belonging. Our physiology is designed to keep us safe and that need is still deep within us at whatever age we are.
Our bodies hold our memories at every level. Our muscles carry out behaviours designed to keep us safe and connected.
How we hold ourselves, our patterns, the way we perceive the world were formed when we were very young. Those patterns now inform and reflect who we are and how others see us.
